How we handle data when you visit prussel.com.
This page is a single-screen brochure. There are no forms, no signups, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The notice below covers the small amount of data that still moves around when you load the page or write to us.

Prussel Holdings Limited is the data controller for prussel.com. Registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@prussel.com, or by post at 26 Waterlow Road, Reigate, RH2 7EX, United Kingdom.
What we collect automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, basic browser and device metadata, and the request itself. This is necessary to deliver the page to you and to protect the site from abuse. We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis.
Cloudflare may set short-lived, strictly-necessary cookies for security and bot mitigation. These are exempt from consent under the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. We do not set any cookies of our own.
If you email us
If you write to hello@prussel.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to respond and to keep our side of the conversation. We don’t add you to any list, and we don’t share your message with anyone outside the people who need to read it.
Where data goes
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts, delivers, and protects the site. US-headquartered, with global infrastructure. Transfers outside the UK are covered by the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs).
- Our email provider — receives and stores correspondence you send to us. The same transfer safeguards apply.
We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Cloudflare retains operational logs for short periods, typically measured in days. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it remains relevant to our conversation or to our records, and is deleted thereafter.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong;
- ask us to delete it;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of it;
- receive it in a portable format.

Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
